StudioCanal - Paddington 2
The second film in the brilliant Paddington franchise has had great success with wonderfully charming and engaging content across social media. To further this StudioCanal tasked me with creating a piece utilising the new live photo feature on Facebook to continue to delight online Paddington fans.
Taking advantage of the standard ‘press and hold’ call to action used for live photos, I used Paddington’s paw print to strengthen this action and connect more closely with the brand, with the video element focusing on Paddington himself and the ‘now in cinemas’ phase of the film’s campaign. The piece gained over 9,000 likes in its first 24 hours live on Facebook and ended with over 3,000 shares and extremely positive reception, to become one of the most successful Paddington 2 posts ever.
